CEI's award-winning environmental law course will feature four selected topics with a thirty year retrospect, highlighting CEI's 30th anniversary year. Presenters will include environmental attorneys and local officials and practitioners. Each session will provide a general overview of the laws, example(s) of the law in practice, and a current "hot" issue related to the law. The law course is scheduled for Wednesdays September 15, 22, 29 and October 13 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Nazareth College in Pittsford. Beginning with the September 15 session topics will be Environmental Review Acts (SEQR), Solid Waste, Air Pollution, and Brownfields and Superfund legislation.
This program will be of value to municipal officials, business owners, attorneys, architects, contractors, realtors, consultants, and interested citizens.
